BUJÓRI, LLC will replace or refund Products that have been

    1. Received damaged due to the carrier's in-transit negligence
    2. Shipped incorrectly to you due to our processing error

If such an event should occur:
notify us by email at skincare@bujori.com, within 6 days of having received the Product(s)
include the original proof of purchase
include proof of in-transit damage, if applicable.

Once approved, we will issue a:
Replacement as soon as possible and we will cover the shipping charges; or
Refund through the method used for payment within 15 working days of receipt.

 

NOTE

BUJÓRI, LLC does not replace or refund Products that have been:
lost due to a shipping address provided by the client that is misspelled, incomplete, or incorrect;
abandoned or stolen;
damaged, degraded or destroyed after being delivered.
