Refunds & Returns
BUJÓRI, LLC will replace or refund Products that have been
- Received damaged due to the carrier's in-transit negligence
- Shipped incorrectly to you due to our processing error
If such an event should occur:
– notify us by email at skincare@bujori.com, within 6 days of having received the Product(s)
– include the original proof of purchase
– include proof of in-transit damage, if applicable.
– Replacement as soon as possible and we will cover the shipping charges; or
– Refund through the method used for payment within 15 working days of receipt.
NOTE
BUJÓRI, LLC does not replace or refund Products that have been:– lost due to a shipping address provided by the client that is misspelled, incomplete, or incorrect;
– abandoned or stolen;
– damaged, degraded or destroyed after being delivered.
